Bookings 

  • Live Sets, approx 2x60 minutes with short break between..

  • Arrival (Bars & Events), 1.5 hours before agreed start time.

  • No Soundcheck Needed.*Only 15 minutes to set-up equipment.

  • Power required to stage area.

  • Stage/Performance Space (Minimum Meters), Solo 2x2m, Duo & Band 3x2m.

  • Band Rider (Events) Hot/buffet food, bar tab or supply of water, tea /coffee.

  • Full Public Liability & PAT Certificates.

  • Parking At Venue, To be made available.

  • Deposit, All private events require a 50% deposit payable on booking.

  • Final Payment, Remaining 50% due 7 days before your event by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. 

Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. Online Booking Form; When 'The Client' wishes to proceed and secure a booking with us, we will send our 'Online Booking Form' link via email. 

  2. Booking Deposit; We require a minimum 50% deposit to fully confirm a booking after submitting the online form. To avoid any disappointment we work on a first with booking form and deposit basis.

  3. Booking Confirmation; Once both booking form and deposit have been received by us we will confirm booking in an email and send a copy of your form. It is your responsibility to review your submission ensuring all details are correct. 'The Artist’ accepts no responsibility for any error in the details within the booking confirmation.

  4. Cancellation by 'The Client' 14 days or more after booking will result in loss of deposit. No further fees will be charged.

  5. Cancellation by 'The Client' within 90 days of the event will incur a penalty of the remaining 50% of the total booking fee (To be paid within 7 days)If 'The Client' event was booked less than 90 days before, then cancellation by 'The Client' will result in loss of deposit only. No other fees will be incurred.

  6. Cancellation by 'The Artist', In the very unlikely event that we 'The Artist' cancels, the booking deposit or any fees collected will be returned to 'The Client'. We will then refer 'The Client’ to one of our trusted live music agents, in order to help find a suitable replacement act of a similar standard, genre and net fee for the date of the event. Should a suitable replacement not be found by the date of the event, 'The Artist' shall not be liable for any loss suffered thereby.

  7. Deputy Performers, 'The Artist' reserves the right to use deputy performers in order to fulfil the booking should any members become unavailable in cases of (‘Force Majeure’).

  8. ‘Force Majeure’, In cases of ‘Force Majeure’ (which shall be known as war, fire, death, illness or other capacity certified by a properly qualified medical practitioner, epidemic, pandemic, accident, civil commotion, national calamity, order of Government or Local Authority having jurisdiction in the matter, changes in law, foreign government policy, act of God), which are not attributable to any act or failure to take preventive action by the ‘Artist’ or ‘Client’, then ‘The Artist’ or ‘The Client’ may cancel this booking without penalty other than loss of deposit.
