• Booking Form & Deposit

Bookings are confirmed only once the online booking form has been submitted and a minimum 50% deposit has been received. All bookings are accepted on a first confirmed basis.

 

• Booking Confirmation

Once confirmed, a copy of the booking details will be sent by email. The Client is responsible for checking all information is correct. The Artist accepts no responsibility for errors not reported after confirmation.

 

• Client Cancellation

 

• Cancellation more than 90 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable, with no further fees due.

• Cancellation within 90 days of the event: deposit is non-refundable and the remaining balance of the agreed booking fee becomes payable within 7 days by bank transfer.

 

• Artist Cancellation

In the unlikely event of cancellation by The Artist, any deposit or fees paid will be refunded in full. The Artist may also recommend a suitable replacement act of similar standard, genre, and fee where possible. If no replacement is secured, The Artist accepts no liability for any resulting loss.

 

• Deputy Performers

The Artist reserves the right to use deputy performers where necessary to fulfil the booking.

 

• Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, death, accident, fire, epidemic, pandemic, government restrictions, civil unrest, natural disaster, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the booking may be cancelled without further liability beyond loss of deposit.
